Welcome to Funtington Primary School

During this period of partial closure this school site continues to be open for provision for vulnerable pupils and children of key workers. Irrespective of any partial closure or collaboration with another school, the safeguarding of all our children remains our top priority. At this time, our school will continue as normal in supporting our vulnerable children and if anyone has any questions regarding this they are asked to make contact with the head teacher, Mrs Sarah Titley. Please contact the school if you have any queries Tel: 01243 575 675.

Our school will be open for the provision of childcare for vulnerable pupils and children of key workers during the Easter holidays, except for Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday

We have an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring team of professionals here at Funtington that ensure each child thrives on the many exciting opportunities. We value the strong links we have with our families and warmly welcome visits to the school.

All our staff are committed to making sure your child's experience at our school is a happy and successful one. To that end, the children and staff have worked hard to create our school charter.

In recent years Funtington has been proud to receive the following national recognition and awards, which you can read about on our full Welcome page.

We ensure that our arts provision is inclusive and accessible to all by providing a differentiated arts curriculum that is, and can be, adjusted to meet the needs of all pupils regardless of any additional need.

We hope these pages give you an insight into life at our school.

Sarah Titley

Ofsted April 2018 – Funtington Primary 'continues to be a GOOD School'

'Such openness to teamwork, respect for each other and a positive attitude to new learning typify pupils’ attitudes throughout the school. Your pupils eagerly approach each task with enthusiasm, want to explore and ask questions, and are rightly proud of their conscientiously presented work.'
